What Did I Say About Abiding in Me?

You want to know what I said about abiding in Me?
Let Me remind you.
In John 15:4-5, I said:
“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.”

You cannot grow, thrive, or bear fruit without Me. Just as a branch cannot survive without the vine, your life cannot have lasting purpose unless you remain in Me.
In John 15:6, I warned:
“If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”
This is not a small matter. If you do not abide in Me, your life becomes empty-spiritually dead. And in the end, there is judgment.

But I also gave you a promise.
In John 15:7, I said:
“If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
When you remain close to Me-when My words dwell in your heart-your prayers align with My will, and you will see fruit in your life.

In John 15:10, I explained how to abide:
“If ye keep My commandments, ye shall abide in My love; even as I have kept My vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in Me.

Without Me, you will wither. And in the end, there will be judgment.

In John 15:7, I gave you a promise:
“If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
When you abide in Me, and let My words live in you, your prayers begin to align with My heart. You begin to walk in My will.

In John 15:9, I said:
“As the Father hath loved Me, so have I loved you: continue ye in My love.”
To abide is to continue in My love. It’s where your peace and your power will come from.

And in John 15:10, I explained:
“If ye keep My commandments, ye shall abide in My love; even as I have kept My Father’s commandments, and abide in His love.”
You remain in My love by obeying Me-just as I obeyed the Father and remained in His.

In John 6:56, I said:
“He that eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, dwelleth in Me, and I in him.”
To abide in Me is to receive Me fully. It is spiritual communion-living by Me, depending on Me.

And in John 14:23, I said:
“If a man love Me, he will keep My words: and My Father will love him, and We will come unto him, and make Our abode with him.”
If you love Me and keep My words, not only will I dwell with you-but so will My Father. We will make Our home in you.
Why Do My Words Matter? Why Should You Listen to Me?
Because I did not speak on My own.

In John 12:49-50, I said:
“For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me, He gave Me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak.”
Every word I spoke came from the Father-and His commandment is life everlasting.

And I told you in Matthew 24:35:
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.”
The world will fade. People will change. But My words will never pass away. They are eternal, and they are true.

So if you’re still asking, “What did You say about abiding in You?”
Here’s My answer:
Abide in Me. Remain in My love. Keep My commandments.

Let My words live in you. Let Me live in you.Without Me, you can do nothing.
But with Me, you will bear much fruit-and live.
