What Did I Say About Being Watchful?

You want to know what I said about being watchful? Let Me remind you. In Matthew 24:42-44, I said:

“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”

I told you to be watchful because you do not know the day or the hour of My return. Be ready-always.In Mark 13:35-37, I said:

“Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh… Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”

This warning is not just for a few; it’s for everyone. Stay awake. Don’t be caught spiritually sleeping when I return. In Matthew 25:13, I said:

“Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”

I said it again, clearly. Watch. The door will not stay open forever. Be like the wise virgins, prepared and awake. In Luke 21:34-36, I warned:

“And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life… Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things… and to stand before the Son of man.”

Watchfulness means more than just looking; it means guarding your heart, turning away from distractions, and living ready. In Luke 12:35-40, I said:

“Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning… Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching… Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.”

To be watchful is to be faithful-obedient, alert, and full of light. That’s the servant I’m coming back for.

Why Do My Words Matter? Why Should You Listen to Me?

Because I speak the words of the Father-and His words are eternal. In John 12:49-50,

I said:  “For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me… gave Me a commandment… and I know that His commandment is life everlasting.”

Everything I’ve told you about watching, being ready, staying awake-it all comes from Him. And I told you in Matthew 24:35:

“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.”

You can lose everything in this life. But you cannot lose the truth of My words. They will stand forever.

So if you’re still asking, “What did You say about being watchful?”

Here’s My answer: Watch. Be ready. Stay awake.

Don’t let the world dull your heart. Don’t fall asleep in your faith.

I am coming-and you do not know when. Blessed is the one I find watching.
