The Healing Of The Syro-Phoenician’s Daughter.

And behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto Jesus, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But He answered her, not a word. And His disciples came and besought Jesus saying, Send her away; for she cries after us.

But Jesus answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then she came and worshipped Jesus, saying, Lord, help me. But He answered and said, It is not proper to take the children’s bread and to cast it to dogs.

And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is your faith: be it unto you even as you would. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. Matthew 15 : 22-28.

From there Jesus arose and went to the region of Tyre and Sidon. And He entered a house and wanted no one to know it, but He could not be hidden. A woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Jesus, and she came and fell at His feet. Read More... “The Healing Of The Syro-Phoenician’s Daughter.”

Jesus Heals And Forgives The Paralytic Man.

Two-Fold Salvation.

And Jesus entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into His own city. And, behold, they brought to Him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.

And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemes. And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think you evil in your hearts? For whether is easier, to say, your sins are forgiven you; or to say, Arise, and walk?

Jesus Had Power To Forgive Sins.

But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins, then Jesus said to the sick of the palsy, Arise, take up your bed, and go unto your house. And the man arose and departed to his house. But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled and glorified God, which had given such power unto men. Matthew 9 : 1-7.

The Man With A Withered Hand Healed By Jesus..

And when Jesus was departed from there, He went into their synagogue: And, behold, there was a man who had his withered hand. And they asked Jesus, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? That they might accuse Him.

And Jesus said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? How much then is a man better than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.

Then Jesus said to the man, Stretch forth your hand. And the man stretched it forth, and it was restored whole, like as the other. Then the Pharisees went out and held a council against Jesus, how they might destroy Him. Matthew 12 vs 9-14.

And Jesus entered the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a withered hand. So they watched Him closely, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might a reason to accuse Him. And Jesus said to the man who had the withered hand, “Step forward.” Read More... “The Man With A Withered Hand Healed By Jesus..”

Ten Lepers Healed By Jesus.

And it came to pass, as Jesus went to Jerusalem, that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. And as Jesus entered into a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when Jesus saw them, He said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, and he fell down on his face at Jesu’s feet, giving Him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go your way: for your faith has made you whole. Luke 17 : 11-19.
