Blessed Of The Father.

Those Who Are Blessed.

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, persecute you, and falsely say all evil against you, for My sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Matthew 5:3-12.

Whosoever Shall Not Be Offended In Me.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding His twelve disciples, Jesus departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.  When John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,  And said unto Jesus, Are You  He that should come, or do we look for another?   Read More... “Blessed Of The Father.”

The Father’s Glory And Jesus.

The Father’s Glory And Jesus.

My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? Father, save Me from this hour? but for this cause, I came unto this hour. Father, glorify Your name. Then there came a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. The people that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to Jesus. Jesus answered and said, This voice did not come because of Me, but for your sake. Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all unto Me. This, Jesus said, signifying what death He should die. John 12 vs 27-33.

These words spake Jesus, and lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You: As You have given Him to have power over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is life eternal, that they might know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. Read More... “The Father’s Glory And Jesus.”

The Assurance Of Prayer.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For everyone that asks will receive, and he that seeks will find, and to him, that knocks it shall be opened unto him. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son would ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father Who is in heaven give good things to them that ask Him? Matthew 7 vs 7-11.

“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it will be opened. If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or, if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? Read More... “The Assurance Of Prayer.”

The Introduction Of The Kingdom.

Jesus Was Anointed To Preach The Gospel Of The Kingdom.

And Jesus came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up: and, as His custom was, Jesus went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto Jesus the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, Jesus found the place where it was written. The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Luke 4 : 16-19.

When it was day, Jesus departed and went into a desert place. The people sought after Him, and came unto Jesus, and asked Him to remain with them so that He should not depart from them. And Jesus said unto them, I must preach the Kingdom of God to other cities also; for therefore I am sent. And Jesus preached in the synagogues of Galilee. Luke 4 : 42-44.
