You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever you shall ask of the Father in My name, He may give it to you. John 15 v 16.
And in that day you shall ask Me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever you shall ask the Father in My name, He will give it you. Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full. John 16 v 23-24.
At that day you shall ask in My name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: For the Father, Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came from God. John 16 v 26-27.
Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. I have spoken these things to you in figures of speech. An hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you this way but will tell you plainly about the Father. In that day, you will ask in My name.
