What Did I Say About Serving Others?

You want to know what I said about serving others? Let Me remind you. In Mark 10:43–45, I said: “Whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Greatness doesn’t come from position—it comes from service. I didn’t come to be served. I came to serve—and so should you. In John 13:14–15, I said: “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.”

I gave you an example—serve one another humbly. No task is too low. No one is beneath you. In Luke 22:26–27, I said: “But he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve… I am among you as He that serveth.” I didn’t take the highest seat—I took the servant’s place. That’s what leadership looks like in My Kingdom.

Why Do My Words Matter? Why Should You Listen to Me? In John 12:49–50, I said: “For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father… gave Me a commandment, what I should say… and His commandment is life everlasting.”

And in Matthew 24:35, I said: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.”  So if you’re still asking, “What did You say about serving others?” Here’s My answer:

If you want to be great—serve.  I washed feet. I gave My life. I set the example.  The greatest among you will be servant of all. So serve with joy—and you’ll reflect Me.
