What Did I Say About Being Blessed?

You want to know what I said about being blessed?  Let Me remind you. In Matthew 5:3-11, I said: “Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful:  or they shall obtain mercy.Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you… for My sake.” Blessing doesn’t always look like the world expects. I called the lowly, the broken, the hungry, the persecuted-blessed.

In Luke 6:20-23, I said the same again:  “Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh. Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you… for the Son of man’s sake.” You are blessed when the world rejects you for My name. You are blessed when your heart longs for what is right. Because I see you-and the Kingdom is yours.

In John 13:17, I said: “If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.” True blessing doesn’t come from hearing alone-but from doing what I’ve taught you.

And in Luke 11:28, I said: “Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.” Hearing is the beginning. Obedience is where blessing lives.

In John 20:29, I said to Thomas: “Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” Faith-real, unseen faith-is deeply blessed. Even more than those who saw Me with their eyes.

Why Do My Words Matter? Why Should You Listen to Me? Because I did not speak on My own. In John 12:49-50, I said: “For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me… gave Me a commandment… and I know that His commandment is life everlasting.” My words are not just encouragement. They are life. And they are from the Father.

And in Matthew 24:35, I told you: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.” Everything will change. But the truth I spoke over your life-that you are blessed-will never pass away.

So if you’re still asking, “What did You say about being blessed?”Here’s My answer: Blessed are the poor in spirit. Blessed are the meek. Blessed are those who hunger for righteousness.
Blessed are the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers. Blessed are those who suffer for My name.

Blessed are those who believe-without seeing.Blessed are those who hear My words-and obey them. This is what blessing looks like in the Kingdom of God.
