What Jesus Said About Forgiveness .

After this manner therefore pray you: Our Father Who is in Heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your  Kingdom come. Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Your is the Kingdom, and the power, and the Glory, for ever. Amen. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6:9-15.

And Jesus entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into His own city.  And, behold, they brought to Jesus a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; your sins be forgiven. And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemes.  And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think you evil in your hearts?  For whether is easier, to say, your sins be forgiven you; or to say, Arise, and walk?  But that you may know that the Son of Man has the power on earth to forgive sins, said he to the sick of the palsy, Arise, take up your bed, and go unto your house.  And he arose, and departed to his house.  But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men. Matthew 9:1-8.

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.  Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of My Father which is in Heaven.  For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them. Then came Peter to Jesus and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus said unto him, I say not unto you, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. Matthew 18:18-22.

Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O you wicked servant, I forgave you of all that debt, because you desired me: Should not you also have had compassion on your fellowservant, even as I had pity on you? And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.  So likewise shall My Heavenly Father do also unto you, if you from your hearts do not forgive every one his brother their trespasses. Matthew 18:32-35.

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37.

Be on your guard. If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and comes back to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.” Luke 17:3-4.

And there were also two other, malefactors, led with Jesus to be put to death.  And when they came to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.  Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted His raiment, and cast lots. Luke 23:32-34.
