When the even was come, they brought unto Jesus many that were possessed with devils: and <strong>He cast out the spirits with His word, and healed all that were sick:<\/strong> That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.<strong> Matthew 8: 14-17.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now as soon as they had come out of the synagogue, they entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. But Simon\u2019s wife\u2019s mother lay sick with a fever, and they told \u00a0Jesus about her at once. So Jesus came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the fever left her. And she served them.\u00a0<strong>Mark 1 : 29-31.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now Jesus arose from the synagogue and entered Simon\u2019s house. But Simon\u2019s wife\u2019s mother was sick with a high fever, and they made request of Jesus concerning her. So <strong>He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her.<\/strong> And immediately, she arose and served them. When the sun was setting, all those who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Jesus; and He laid His hands on every one of them and healed them.
