What Did Jesus Say About God?

Matthew 4v4

But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

Matthew 4v7

Jesus said unto him, It is written again, you shall not tempt the Lord your God.

Matthew 4v10

Then said Jesus unto him, Get you hence, satan: for it is written, you shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve.

Matthew 5v8

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Matthew 5v9

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Matthew 6v24

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Matthew 6v30

Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Matthew 12v28

But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come unto you.

Matthew 15v3-4

But he answered and said unto them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honour your father and mother: and, He that curses father or mother, let him die the death.

Matthew 16v23

But Jesus turned, and said unto Peter, Get you behind Me, satan: you are an offence unto Me: for you savour not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Matthew 19v6

Wherefore they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.

And he said unto him, Why call you me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if you would enter into life, keep the commandments.

And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Matthew 21v43

Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Matthew 22v21

They say unto him, Caesar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.

Matthew 22v32

But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Matthew 22v37

Mark 9v1

And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.

Mark 9v47

And if your eye offends you, pluck it out: it is better for you to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:

Mark 10 v 14-15

But when Jesus saw it, He was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Mark 10v18

And Jesus said unto him, Why call you Me good? there is none good but One, that is, God.

Mark 10 v 23-25

And Jesus looked round about, and said unto His disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again, and said unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Mark 12v26-27

And as touching the dead, that they rise: have you not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: you, therefore, do greatly err.

Mark 12v29-30

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And you shall  love the Lord thy God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all  your mind, and with all your strength: this is the first commandment.

Mark 14v25

Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

Mark 15v34

And at the ninth hour, Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?

Luke 4v43

And Jesus said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

Luke 6v12

And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

Luke 7 v 28-30

But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.

Luke 8v10

And he said, Unto you, it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Now the parable is this: The seed is the Word of God.

Luke 8v21

And He answered and said unto them, My mother and My brethren are these which hear the word of God and do it.

Luke 8v39

Return to your own house, and show how great things God has done unto You. And he went his way and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.

Luke 9v11

And the people, when they knew it, followed Him: and He received them, and spoke unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.

Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go you and preach the kingdom of God.

But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God has come upon you.

But woe unto you, Pharisees! for you tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Also, I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denies Me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

Luke 12v20-21

But God said unto him, you fool, this night your soul shall be required of you then whose shall those things be, which you have provided? So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

Luke 12v24

Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them: how much more are you better than the fowls?

Luke 12v28

The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presses into it.

Luke 17 v 20-21

And when He was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, Jesus answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation:

Luke 18 v 16-17

But Jesus called them unto Him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Luke 18 v 19

And Jesus said unto him, Why call you me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

Luke 18v27

And He said The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

John 3v3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3v5

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

John 3v16-18

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

He that believes on Him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he have not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3v21

But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 4v24

God is Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

John 5v25

Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

John 5v44

How can you believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that comes from God only?

John 6 v27-29

Labour not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him has God the Father sealed. Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that you believe on him whom he has sent.

John 6v33

For the bread of God is He which comes down from heaven, and gives life unto the world.

John 6v 45-46

It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man, therefore, that has heard and has learned of the Father, comes unto Me. Not that any man has seen the Father, save He which is of God, he has seen the Father.

John 7v17

If any man will do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

John 8v40-42

But now you seek to kill Me, a man that has told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. You do the deeds of your father. Then said they to Him, we be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, you would love Me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but He sent Me.

John 8v47

He that is of God hears God’s words: you, therefore, hear them not, because you are not of God.

John 10 v 35-36

If He called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say you of Him, whom the Father has sanctified, and sent into the world, you blaspheme; because I said, I am the Son of God?

John 13v3

Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands and that He was come from God and went to God;

John 14v1

Let not your heart be troubled: you  believe in God, believe also in Me

John 17v3

And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.

John 20v17

Jesus said unto her, Touch Me not; for I am not yet ascended to My Father: but go to My brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto My Father, and your Father; and to My God, and your God.
