Believe In God. Believe In Jesus.

Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may also be. And where I go, you know, and the way you know. John 14 : 1-4.

Jesus The Only Way To The Father.

Thomas said unto Jesus, Lord, we do not know where You are going and how then can we know the way? Jesus said unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes unto the Father but by Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also: and from henceforth you know Him, and have seen Him, Philip said unto Him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us. John 14 : 5-8.

The Father Revealed In Jesus.

Jesus said unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known Me, Philip? he that has seen Me has seen the Father; and how say you then, Show us the Father? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of Myself: but the Father that dwells in Me, He doe’s the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me: or else believe Me for the very works’ sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater than these shall he do; because I go unto My Father. John 14 : 9 – 12.

This is really important, you have to know this:

  • Jesus speaks plainly: “You believe in God, believe also in Me.” In this, He does not suggest equality—He declares it.

  • Jesus is not a way—He is the Way.

  •  He is not a truth—He is the Truth.

  • He is not a life—He is the Life.

  • No one comes to the Father except through Jesus. To know Jesus is to know the Father. To see Jesus is to see the Father. The works of Jesus are the works of God.

  • The disciples longed for certainty, for direction, for revelation. Jesus gave them Himself. And still today, His words remain unchanged, undiluted, and unchallenged by truth:

Therefore, believe in God. Believe also in Jesus.  Jesus alone prepares a place for those who trust Him. Jesus alone reveals the Father. Jesus alone is the Way to eternal life.
