The Parable Of The Leaven (Yeast)

“I wanted to tell you a story…”The Kingdom of Heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, until the whole batch was leavened. (This story is found in Matthew 13:33 and Luke 13:20-21.)

“Let Me explain what this story means…”You may not see it right away-but the Kingdom is working. Just like yeast hidden in dough, it starts small, almost invisible. But it spreads-quietly,  Powerfully-until everything is changed. This is how the Kingdom moves. Not through loud shouts or sudden signs, but through hearts transformed… lives changed… homes renewed… truth spreading from one to another.

When My word enters your heart, it doesn’t leave you the same. It works its way through everything. That’s how the Kingdom works in the world. And that’s how it works in you. “My parables matter because they reveal the Kingdom.”

I didn’t speak these stories on My own. In John 12:49-50, I said: “For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me, He gave Me a commandment, what I should say, and what I  Should speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak.”

This story came from the Father-because He wants you to know that even when you don’t see it, His Kingdom is working. And in Matthew 24:35, I said: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.”

So don’t doubt small beginnings. Don’t give up when change seems slow. The Kingdom is rising. It’s spreading. And soon, it will fill everything.
