What Did Jesus Say About The Eye?

Matthew 5 v 29

And if your right eye offends you, pluck it out, and cast it from you: for it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body should be cast into hell.

Matthew 5 v 38-39

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore your eye is single, your whole body shall be full of light. But if your eye is evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you be darkness, how great is that darkness!

Matthew 7 v 3-5

And why behold you the mote that is in your brother’s eye, but considers not the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you say to your brother, Let me pull out the mote out of your eye; and, behold, a beam is in your own eye? you hypocrite first cast out the beam out of your own eye, and then shall you see clearly to cast out the mote out of your brother’s eye.

Matthew 18 v 9

And if your eye offends you, pluck it out, and cast it from you: it is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

Matthew 19 v 24

And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Luke 6 v 41-42

And why behold you the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceives not the beam that is in your own eye? Either how can you say to your brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in your eye when you yourself behold not the beam that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to pull out the mote that is in your brother’s eye.

Luke 11 v 34

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when your eye is single, your whole body also is full of light; but when your eye is evil, your body also is full of darkness.
