The Parable Of The Two Sons

“I wanted to tell you a story…” A man had two sons. He went to the first and said, “Son, go work today in My vineyard.”
The son answered, “I will not.” But later, he changed his mind and went.

Then the man went to the second son and said the same thing. That son answered, “I go, sir.”
But he did not go.

Which of the two did the will of his father? They said, “The first.”

And I said to them: “Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the Kingdom of God before you.
For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him.

But the tax collectors and prostitutes did. And even after you saw it-you still didn’t repent or believe him.”

(This story is found in Matthew 21:28-32.) “Let Me explain what this story means…”

It’s not about what you say with your mouth. It’s about what you do with your life.
You may have said “no” to God at first but if you turn back and follow Him, you are doing His will.

And you may say all the right words, but if you don’t obey-your yes means nothing.

Repentance matters more than appearance. Obedience matters more than promises.
The Father is looking for hearts that turn, not just lips that talk.

“My parables matter because they reveal the Kingdom.”I didn’t speak these stories on My own.

In John 12:49-50, I said:
“For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me, He gave Me a commandment,
what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting:
whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak.”

This story came from the Father to show you that your actions speak louder than your words.

And in Matthew 24:35, I said:
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away.”
So hear this: If you’ve said “no” in the past-it’s not too late to say “yes” with your life.
