The Healing Of The Centurion’s Servant.

Faith In The Authority Of Jesus.

And when Jesus entered into Capernaum, there came unto Jesus a centurion, beseeching Him, and said, Lord, my servant lies at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus said unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my servant, Do this, and he does it.

When Jesus heard it, He marvelled, and said to them that followed, truly I say unto you, I have not found so great a faith, no, not in Israel. And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness:  where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go your way; and as you have believed, so be it done unto you. Read More... “The Healing Of The Centurion’s Servant.”

Jesus Ministered Compassion.

In The Open Ministry Of Healing.

Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.”Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.”

As soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed. And He strictly warned him and sent him away at once, and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing those things which Moses commanded, as a testimony to them. Mark 1:40-44.

And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when Jesus saw the multitudes, Jesus was moved with compassion on them because they fainted and were scattered abroad, like sheep having no shepherd. Then Jesus said unto the disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray you, therefore, the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest. The Healing Of Two Blind Men.

And when Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed after Him, crying and saying, You  Son of David, have mercy on us. And when Jesus entered into the house, the blind men came to Him: and Jesus said unto them, do you believe that I am able to do this? They said unto Him, Yes, Lord. Then Jesus touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith, be it unto you. And their eyes were opened, and Jesus charged them, saying, See that no man know it. But they, when they were departed, spread abroad His fame in all that country. Matthew 9 : 27-31.

The Three Healing Questions Of Jesus.

Do You Believe That I Am Able To Do This?”

When Jesus departed, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, “Son of David, have mercy on us!” And when Jesus had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”

They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Then Jesus touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.” And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See that no one knows it.” But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country. Matthew 9:27-31.

What Do You Want Me To Do For You?

As Jesus left Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Then many warned him to be quiet, but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Read More... “The Three Healing Questions Of Jesus.”
